Q: How does the online garden consultation work?

1. Booking a Session:
   Once you’ve booked via the Calendly booking system, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a brief Google form. This helps you share key details of your garden before the session, ensuring you get the most out of your time.

2. Your 1-hour Video Consultation:
   We’ll connect via video call (we usually use Google Meet, please contact us in advance if you would prefer FaceTime or another option) on the number you provide. This allows you to walk through your garden while we chat.

3. Receive Your Tailored Garden Toolkit:
   Within 10 working days, you will receive a personalised toolkit with practical advice, recommendations, and useful links. Your Garden Toolkit not only serves as a helpful guide but also provides a solid foundation should you choose to work with a garden designer in the future. Click here to see an example.
   Please note that the type of information included in your toolkit will differ depending on our discussion.

Q: What if I Can’t Attend My Online Consultation?

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, we’re happy to reschedule. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, where possible. Kindly note, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions.
