WHAT IS LIMING?
lime: (verb) to do nothing while sharing food, drink, conversation and laughter

THE COCKTAIL
35ml gin
15ml cointreau
20ml lime juice
10ml agave
1 chilli, sliced
Salt the rim of a tumbler with chilli salt. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake & strain into the tumbler over ice cubes.
Enjoy in the garden.
